Restoring a downtown rooftop shared space with simple low-maintenance materials.

We made a significant transformation of a shared condo space without changing the layout. Taking our cues from the Georgian inspired buildings, we used simple, inexpensive precast materials and low-maintenance plant palette to revive the space.
